people from all nationalities and backgrounds into a life-changing relationship with Jesus, discipling them, and equipping them to have an impact on the Costa del Sol and the world for Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The church is located in La Cala de Mijas, between Fuengirola and Marbella in the province of M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The church was established in 1992 and currently is pastored by Dave and his wife Naomi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"733\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Pastor Dave is an Elim UK ordained minister who moved to Spain in 2009 and in 2013 joined and took over the leadership of the Calahonda church, which subsequently became an Elim global church and then joined Elim Spain and is today known as Encounter Church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both Naomi and Dave are credentialed Elim missionaries from the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside their Sunday gatherings, they also have midweek house groups and other events throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their meetings are in English, but they worship in both English and Spanish, and if
