They received the Local Church Call whilst they were co-workers in a Spanish Church here on the Costa. They are both Elim UK ordained ministers and lead the work in Benalm\u00e1dena and serve on the National Leadership Team as President &amp; National Secretary of the Elim movement in Spain with churches in Andaluc\u00eda and Catalu\u00f1a with The National Vision of making disciples of all nationalities and planting churches in every province of Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Local Church Call \u2013 \u201cThe Lord called us to reach a people group within Spain, He said to go to the English-speaking people not excluding the Spanish because He would move mightily through Spain, they would miss Him because they don\u2019t speak Spanish, and He would move through their homelands, and they would miss Him because they are not there, so would we go to them for Him\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"431\" height=\"397\" src=\"https:\/\/elimfamilyfellowship.com\/elimspain\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/LUCY-FAMILY.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-722\" style=\"width:undefinedpx;height:undefinedpx\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elimfamilyfellowship.com\/elimspain\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/LUCY-FAMILY.jpg 431w, https:\/\/elimfamilyfellowship.com\/elimspain\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/LUCY-FAMILY-326x300.jpg 326w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 431px) 100vw, 431px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>With their daughter Lucy, who is an Elim Espa\u00f1a ordained Minister and the Elim Espa\u00f1a administrator and their Spanish son-in-law Bruno, who is a church elder, they work in both languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building disciples of Jesus Christ and teaching them to reach their full potential is a priority, Matthew 28:17-20<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benalm\u00e1dena has a very international population, and the church reflects the flavour of the town and enjoys having people of many nationalities who speak either English or Spanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"956\" height=\"572\" src=\"https:\/\/elimfamilyfellowship.com\/elimspain\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/BENAL-CONG.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-723\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elimfamilyfellowship.com\/elimspain\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/BENAL-CONG.jpg 956w, https:\/\/elimfamilyfellowship.com\/elimspain\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/BENAL-CONG-501x300.jpg 501w, https:\/\/elimfamilyfellowship.com\/elimspain\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/BENAL-CONG-768x460.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 956px) 100vw, 956px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The congregation averages around 15 different nationalities, and the meetings are translated into either Spanish or English with the praise &amp; worship being bilingual.&nbsp; It is a place \u2018Where everyone is someone and Jesus is Lord\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mid-week they have Life Groups in different locations, prayer meetings, ministry worship evenings\u2026etc and give support and help to some of the homeless in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The church is also proactive at serving other ministers and churches in Spain and has a desire to see Spain won for Christ, locally and nationally as their focus is Building the Kingdom of God and not just a local church.
